Russ describes the guest sign-up feature that has just launched as part of the "Social" theme, allowing VolunteerMatch users to invite friends, families and non-associated colleagues to join them in volunteer activities.

Russ also provides a sneak peek at the VolunteerMatch mobile application, making VolunteerMatch the first social enterprise to have an employee engagement mobile application, allowing employees to take action anytime, anywhere as part of an employee engagement program.
