Let's Coach for a Change

This second interactive workshop will look at the many ways we use the word “coaching” in the Public Service, and will provide a model outlining the levels of coaching and what each offers those interested in learning and development. Following this discussion, Roxanne will illustrate how to to use powerful questions to evoke change. HR professionals will have an opportunity to apply these life changing questions to challenging issues in a “HR coaches HR” exercise.
