Over the past few years, our sustainability consulting practice has extensively discussed the value of stakeholder engagement and the alignment of personal and business incentives.  This is a mindset that appears to becoming more and more shared among today’s business leaders.  In fact, recent studies show an increase in talent management and business sustainability action towards this mutual alignment.   In 2008-2009, most HR surveys highlighted the challenges both companies and their employees were facing as a result of the economic downturn.  The sever misalignment of incentives created a strain on this relationship and had many employees questioning, “is the grass really greener on the other side?”   Click here to continue reading How Does Engagement Rank with Employees.
