Today’s more educated and eco conscious consumers are seeking out companies that deliver on what they claim. According to a recent study, nearly 77 percent of a Harris Interactive survey believe that corporate reputations are either “not good” or “terrible.” While an improvement from an 88 percent negative response in the previous year, there is still much work to be done in stabilizing consumer perceptions.
