Lauren talks about how Apollo Group has focused its giving and volunteering efforts on the three tenets of what they do as a business: education, workforce readiness and sustainability. By attempting to have a bigger impact on a few causes, Lauren says, Apollo hopes that its employees will be able to feel the impact they each make as individuals while also seeing the collective impact of the company.
