In today’s business sustainability climate, it almost goes without saying that companies need to continuously assess and reassess the needs of their internal and external stakeholders.  These interactions allow businesses to address and respond to the shifting forces of a constantly changing business environment.  While it may sound easy, the key link and often stumbling point for most business cultures is this ‘continuous’ process of engagement.

According to a recent UK study, employers and employees are reaching a maximum disconnect.  While pay will always be a point of debate, employers are becoming further disconnected from their internal stakeholders.
