October 28, 2014 /3BL Media/ - Candelaria opened a Community Office in Tierra Amarilla, Chile, for public usage.
Designed as a community center, the building offers multi-purpose rooms where residents can hold meetings, training and workshops. A Community Information Center operates in the building, providing free Internet access to the community.
