PNC Announces Chief Corporate Responsibility Officer, New Members of Executive Committee

The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. (NYSE: PNC) announced that Richard K. Bynum has been named Chief Corporate Responsibility Officer, a newly created role. In addition, Carole Brown will be Head of PNC’s Asset Management Group (AMG). Both Brown and Bynum join the Executive Committee and will report to Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer William S. Demchak.
