MGM Resorts International strives to build long-term value for our employees, our guests, our shareholders and our communities. As a socially responsible company, we are committed to impactful citizenship and environmental stewardship that sustain human society and our planet.

Our long-term commitment to social responsibility is divided into three parts:  diversity and inclusion; community engagement and philanthropy; and environmental sustainability.

Some highlights of 2014 include:

  • Diversity and Inclusion:  Not only did the nonprofit Women’s Leadership Conference promote diversity and inclusion, it also generated $30,000 in proceeds, which were donated to WestCare Nevada, a nonprofit that helps women and girls.
  • Philanthropy:  Through the MGM Resorts Foundation, MGM Resorts employees donated over $5 million to nonprofit organizations and service providers.
  • Environmental Sustainability: Fourteen electric vehicle charging stations were installed at various MGM Resorts properties resulting in 3,200 charging sessions.
