Calling All California High School Students! LEAF Deadline Approaching!

With just under three weeks until the March 31st deadline, it’s time to stop procrastinating and time to get to work!

LEAF, the Leaders of Environmental Action Films contest, is in full swing and the entries are rolling in, but there’s still time to get your ECOmmercial filmed, edited, and submitted before the deadline passes. The longer you wait though, the harder it will be to compete for the chance at the YouTube most viewed award, and for the Facebook most Liked award, so don’t wait too long!

What’s an ECOmmercial? It’s a 30 or 60 second public service announcement on any eco topic of your choice. Build a good one and you’re up for a chance to win some great prizes! Visit www.leaf-rocks.com to learn more and be sure to check out the most recent entries here. You can also follow along on Facebook.

Even if you’re not a California High School student, you can participate by viewing and “Liking” those that you appreciate the most. We’ll be announcing the winners at the end of April, so stay tuned!
