Infographic: Earth Overshoot Day 2020

Human demands on nature have been steadily rising since the 1900’s. In 2020,for the first time ever, we reduced our annual demand by almost 10%. Now imagine what we can achieve if we make this a priority. Today, Humanity’s Ecological Footprint is much higher than the Earth can renew. Earth Overshoot Day is an annual observance of the date when our demand on nature surpasses our planet’s capacity to provide.
