Inclusive Workplace Earns Aramark Three Awards

Higher rates of workplace diversity can help companies evolve, innovate, problem-solve and be more efficient. It attracts the best talent, and helps define a company's reputation as a responsible company.

In the past few weeks, Aramark has earned three separate awards recognizing the company for its inclusive environment:

Top 50 Companies for Diversity

Diversity Inc. named Aramark as one of the Top 50 Companies for Diversity for creating an inclusive environment across its workforce, workplace, and local communities. In fact, Aramark moved up 12 spots on the list this year to be ranked 29th. Aramark was also named to the Top 15 companies for philanthropy. This is the fourth year in a row that the company has been named to the Top 50 list, which examines a company’s commitment to diversity and inclusion in everything from employee recruitment to supplier diversity.

Best Workplaces for LGBTQ Equality

For the fifth year in a row, Aramark was named one of the Best Places to Work for LGBTQ Equality, receiving a 100% score on the Human Rights Campaign's Corporate Equality Index.

Top Employers for Equal Opportunity

Readers of Equal Opportunity magazine were asked to name companies for whom they would most like to work, and those readers chose Aramark as one of the Top 50 Employers for members of minority groups.
