Etsy is one of the coolest websites around because it gives independent artists and designers the opportunity to sell their custom creations to people around the world. My favorite aspect about the site is the abundance of green products that are sold. It never ceases to amaze me just how brilliant the human mind can be when it comes to recycling waste!

The perfect example of recycling waste into amazingly useful and hip products comes from Ivy Lane Designs, a Pennsylvania- based company whose motto is “Helping the environment, one recycled nifty giftie at a time.”  The company offers a wide variety of products that are made from recycled material such as beer boxes (see above), cereal boxes, toy packaging and discarded food boxes.
