Eric’s insights will be particularly welcomed and useful.”   Mr. Morehead most recently served as Assistant General Counsel for the U.S. Sentencing Commission, where he helped develop ethics and compliance policy related to the Organizational Sentencing Guidelines (Chapter 8).
