Corporate policies are put in place to maintain consistency and drive efficiency within an organization. But sometimes, a lack of policy cohesion can undermine the corporate sustainability goals leaving both employees and stakeholders disenchanted.  The same goes for job descriptions and roles within an organization.  How can executives unite the roles within organizations with that of an overarching corporate sustainability plan?
