Inclusive Employment

Inclusive employment is a goal for working-age youth and adults with different abilities, including those with complex and significant needs who may have had limited or no opportunities to work in the past. Keystone Human Services believes that everyone can be a contributing member of society and that being employed is an important part of a person's involvement in the community. There are many challenges and myths that stand in the way, but with support from family, friends, schools, human service agencies, and businesses, people with disabilities can take the steps to find successful, inclusive employment and become a valuable part of the workforce.
