The high school seniors from the Boys & Girls Club of Hudson County stood at center court Friday, expecting to receive a pat on the back or perhaps a certificate to mark their completion of high school.
Instead, the 15 students were all surprised with scholarships for secondary education courtesy of the Maytag Dependable Leader Award in Honor of Tim Knipper at the Graduate For Más celebration sponsored by the Taco Bell Youth Foundation.
