Arrow Electronics Sales Team Supports Ronald McDonald House in Toronto

Earlier this month, members of the Arrow Electronics Toronto-based sales team donated their time to cook and serve dinner for more than 150 people at the Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) location in downtown Toronto. The Arrow team arranged the event, purchased the provisions, and prepared and served a multicourse meal to families currently calling the facility home.

“It was a wonderful experience. The Arrow team in Toronto recognizes the importance of giving back, and it was a privilege to spend time with such an inspiring community,” said Trevor Bingham, sales manager with Arrow in Canada. “The Arrow team did a great job working together towards a common and important goal. This was the first time we’ve volunteered at Ronald McDonald House, and we’ll certainly be back."

Arrow provided a financial match for the team’s volunteer efforts through the Arrow Charitable “Dollars for Doers” program. Arrow employees from around the world regularly partner with local nonprofits, extending the company’s collaborative and innovative culture into the broader communities where they live and work.

RMHC Canada provides vital resources and compassionate care to children and their families being served by leading hospitals worldwide, thanks in part to the commitment of volunteers and the generosity of donors.
