Abbott Supports Relief Efforts in Nepal

In response to the devastating earthquake in Nepal, Abbott and the Abbott Fund are supporting relief efforts.

As a result of the 7.8 magnitude earthquake and many strong aftershocks, the United Nations estimates that more than 8 million people are in need of humanitarian assistance, with food, water, shelter and healthcare among the key priorities.

To help deliver immediate relief following the earthquake in Nepal, Abbott and its foundation, the Abbott Fund, are providing $300,000 in grants and healthcare products to humanitarian organizations working to address critical needs.
