CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion™ (CEO Action) launched the CEO Action for Racial Equity, a fellowship that provides the opportunity for CEO Action signatories to advance racial equity through public policy.

Over the past few months, people around the world have deepened their understanding of societal systemic racism, and the need to implement meaningful structural change. A recent study1 noted that 71% of Americans place more trust in companies to respond to racial injustice than in the government (36%). CEO Action for Racial Equity will empower fellows to collaborate and advance social justice.

As a signatory of CEO Action, Clarivate™ is proud that two of our colleagues, Dani Mazzarella and Aaron Fitzgerald, are taking part in the CEO Action for Racial Equality fellowship.

Collaborating for sustainable change

Dani and Aaron have joined the nearly 250 fellows, representing more than 100 CEO Action signatory organizations, to work together to identify, develop and promote scalable and sustainable public policies and corporate engagement strategies that will address systemic racism, social injustice and improve societal well-being. They will focus their efforts on four key areas of societal well-being: education, healthcare, public safety and economic empowerment.

Our fellows Dani and Aaron are using their diverse experiences, skill sets and perspectives to help bridge gaps, collaborate and facilitate change at multiple levels of policy from the local, state and federal level.

Diversity and inclusion are societal priorities, not competitive ones. We are very proud of coming together with fellows from more than 100 CEO Action signatory organizations to collectively take action.

At Clarivate, we believe that human ingenuity can change the world and improve our future. Every action we take, no matter how seemingly small, can serve to advance equality and nurture our world.  Learn more about the Clarivate commitment to sustainability.
