President of VPI Strategies and founding partner in Workplace Evolution, Sherri has been consulting for 9 years in the for-profit, non-profit, and government sectors after a 16 year corporate career. She is acutely aware of generational misunderstandings that result from different belief structures and the lack of coherent communication.

Speaker Profile: Sherri Petro, President, VPI Strategies

Sherri has given over 125 presentations to increase generational understanding in the last 18 months. She has published over eighty articles in which she simplifies complex concepts for busy professionals and regularly distills her expertise as an executive coach, one-on-one with executive directors, business owners and CEOs. Sherri's work history includes becoming the Vice President of Operations at age 26, the youngest person at her then-employer to earn the position. Her diverse professional background includes customer service, operations, administration, sales, marketing and strategic planning. 

Sherri earned a Master in Business Administration degree with an emphasis on Strategic Planning from Pepperdine University.  She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Youngstown State University, summa cum laude. 

Sherri is the former Board Vice President of Mental Health America San Diego, board member of Inei-Re and participant on the Marketing Communications/PR Committee of several other non profits.
