Employee Volunteerism: One of the Alcatel-Lucent Foundation's Pillars

The Foundation supports employees who contribute their time, skills and generosity to the non-profit organizations of their choice or to global educational programs funded by the Foundation. In 2013, employees in 35 countries volunteered for over 119 projects. More than 4,900 Alcatel-Lucent employees donated over 34,438 hours to their communities, at an estimated value of more than USD 1,422,289 million.
