CNH Industrial Engages in a Global Tree Planting Initiative for World Environment Day

CNH Industrial N.V., a global leader in capital goods, is engaging with the 2020 theme, Time for Nature of the United Nations’ World Environment Day. The current Covid-19 pandemic has increased our awareness of the interdependence between people and nature, and the importance of protecting biodiversity and the environment.

Trees play a key role in this context, across a variety of different aspects of life, including food, animal habitats, climate, medicine and recreation. For this reason, CNH Industrial started an on-going tree planting initiative in February this year. The program calls for each of the Company’s 67 manufacturing facilities across the globe to plant 15 trees which are native to the regions in which they are located.
