Dollars for Doers is a VWGoA initiative which allows employees who volunteer a minimum of eight hours per calendar year with a qualifying charitable organization to earn $250 for that organization. VWGoA encourages employees nationwide to participate year-round in community service and volunteer efforts through its internal “Get Involved” campaign and supports this through initiatives like matching employee donations and providing employees with a volunteer day.
