 # Tetra Tech’s DNA | Passion and Collaboration

##### Celebrating the role of our employees’ passion for their projects as an enduring part of our company culture

 Oct 19, 2016 9:00 AM ET

Campaign: [Celebrating 50 Years of Excellence](/news/campaign/celebrating-50-years-excellence) As part of our 50th Anniversary celebration, we asked our employees to discuss how they define Tetra Tech’s DNA and what makes our company distinct. Many of our employees discussed the themes of passion and collaboration in making Tetra Tech a great place to work.

Our people are the foundation of our company. Their excitement about the complex work we do and passion for providing innovative solutions to our clients makes Tetra Tech an exceptional place to work.

In this video, our Jim Antonizick, Hannah Mosher, and Jan Auman talk about how they see passion and collaboration reflected in their experiences at Tetra Tech.
