Campaign: [Celebrating 50 Years of Excellence](/news/campaign/celebrating-50-years-excellence) As part of our [50th Anniversary celebration](http://www.tetratech.com/en/articles/tetra-tech-celebrates-50-years-of-excellence), we asked our employees to discuss how they define [Tetra Tech’s DNA](http://www.tetratech.com/en/articles/defining-our-dna%E2%80%94what-makes-tetra-tech-unique) and what makes our company distinct. In this video, our Olivier Jeannot, Jessica West, and Rusty Lindsey discuss how Tetra Tech is an employee-oriented company and the difference that has made in their time here.
