Thanksgiving Eve can get pretty hectic. It’s not only the busiest travel day of the year, but also when the prep work for Thanksgiving feasts across the country kick into high gear. Food Network has made the prep experience a stressful-free one for cooks everywhere with *Thanksgiving Live!,* a two-hour special that has provided viewers the last two years the opportunity to tweet, email and/or phone in questions to receive expert advice on their own Thanksgiving meal from a cast of celebrity network chefs.

Food Network’s influence on Thanksgiving is undeniable. This year, the brand has leveraged its impact alongside distribution partner Verizon FiOS to support our Food category pro-social partner, Share Our Strength. As part of Verizon FiOS’s Thanksgiving Meal Hero Contest, Food Network is delivering a taste of the Big Apple and a behind-the-scenes look of the Food Network Kitchens to one lucky Grand Prize winner. Weekly prize winners can also win a host of Food Network items including a Food Network cookware set, select Food Network cookbooks and kitchen essentials...even a tablet device!
