Seramount announced the 2022 Women of Excellence honorees, which included Whirlpool Corp.’s V.P. of Channel Sales and Marketing, Lynn Moersch, who is being honored as a 2022 Corporate Women’s Champion for her outstanding leadership and business success—and equally important—for working to ensure the success of other women and girls.

“The 2022 Women of Excellence have worked relentlessly to ensure women have had continued support for their careers throughout the past two years of pandemic remote work. The women we honor—all leaders in their fields—consistently have made it a priority to ensure the success of other women, and we are proud to shine a light on these five dedicated, often selfless executives,” said Betty Spence, Ph.D., head of Women’s Advancement at Seramount.

The Women of Excellence will be honored at the Seramount virtual [“Women Reimagine” conference](https://events.seramount.com/event/30aa45dc-5d6f-4690-96e4-347305adb0bb/summary) on June 29. Whirlpool Corp. was also recognized as a 2022 Seramount “Top Company for Executive Women.”

“Improving life at work for today’s women and championing for tomorrow’s progressive and diverse workforce is a priority passion of mine,” said Moersch. “I am extremely honored to be recognized for this work and share this achievement with the Whirlpool Women’s Network, our H.R. and I&D partners and our many allies who have helped to make Whirlpool Corp. an inclusive and supportive place for women to work. Congratulations also to my esteemed fellow women who have been honored for their work by Seramount.”
