The certification is based on annual, international research undertaken by the Top Employers Institute that recognizes leading employers around the world and their excellence in employee environment. “This is proof that focusing the company on its purpose and putting culture at the heart of driving our strategy delivers value and creates a great place for people to work. The Top Employers Institute is generally acknowledged as the global authority on recognizing excellence in people practices.
