Rockwell Automation women engineers from across the globe discuss what they like most about the engineering field in a video celebrating [International Women in Engineering Day](https://www.inwed.org.uk/) on June 23. This year’s theme is to celebrate “engineering heroes.”

The video features members of Rockwell Automation Supporting Women Engineers sharing perspectives from various career stages, as well as advice to their “younger selves” and to women interested in pursuing an engineering career. RASWE is an employee resource group dedicated to empowering women in science, technology, engineering, and math roles across the company by engaging them in networking opportunities, outreach activities, and development programming.
