Onsite sustainability and workplace conditions audits increased by 104%. Full site re-audits were initiated in fiscal year 12. - New goals were set to reduce the environmental impact associated with shipping and to support local economies. - Philanthropic donations by the company, employees, and the TE Foundation worldwide exceeded $4 million.
