 # Quest Named to Forbes List of World's Best Employers 2021

SECAUCUS, N.J., November 10, 2021 /3BL Media/ - Quest Diagnostics (NYSE: DGX), the world's leading provider of diagnostic information services, announced it has been recognized as one of the World's Best Employers of 2021 by Forbes magazine.

“We are proud to be named to Forbes 2021 list of the World’s Best Employers and take great pride in ensuring that Quest is an inspiring workplace where our employees are engaged and feel challenged and valued,” said Cecilia McKenney, Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer of Quest Diagnostics. "What makes this honor so meaningful is that the recognition was based directly on employee feedback."

Quest was one of only 236 U.S. based companies to gain this recognition, which was comprised of 750 companies globally.

Forbes partnered with Statista Inc., the world-leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider, to evaluate the reputation of companies across the globe from various industries that provide excellent employment opportunities. The list is developed based on direct feedback from 150,000 full-time and part-time workers from 58 countries working for multinational companies and institutions sampled at random.

Participants were asked to rate companies on aspects such as image, economic footprint, talent development, gender equality and social responsibility. Employee evaluations also included other employers in their respective industries that stood out either positively or negatively. Of the thousands of companies eligible for this recognition, the top 750 that received the highest scores made the final list.
