[Qualcomm](https://www.qualcomm.com/) is hoping to accelerate the adoption of smart city solutions through a new strategic partnership with [Infinite Computer Solutions](https://www.infinite.com/). Together, the two companies will try to provide developers with end-to-end IoT-as-a-Service (IoTaaS) technology that will make it easier bring new connected solutions to the market.
