*Pride (noun) – to be especially proud of a particular quality.*

By definition, Pride Month embodies these words perfectly.

June isn't only about celebrating the LGBTQIA+ community's history and highlighting their continued advocacy for equality — it’s also about members and allies coming together to celebrate authenticity, self-love, and free expression. Pride takes on a variety of definitions throughout the month, each as unique as the individuals celebrating. For some, it's about embracing their whole self. For others, it's about standing in solidarity with loved ones.

To celebrate Pride Month, we’re spotlighting our teammates’ stories and learning more about what Pride means to them.

At NRG, we’re cultivating a safe space where everyone can thrive as their true, authentic selves. We’re dedicated to continuous learning, allyship, and fostering a culture of inclusion for all, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender identity, or beliefs.
