Broader skills open up more opportunities down the road. 4. Raise your hand for the next assignment. If you don't tell people what you want it will remain a secret to everyone. 5. Follow your interests – your passion. Care about what you do and try to excel. Success takes discipline, hard work, focus and the pursuit of excellence.
