Championing ability and enabling success, that’s what [Ken’s Krew](https://corporate.homedepot.com/news/culture/kens-krew-25-years-support-opportunity-and-overcoming-barriers) has achieved for the past 25 years. What started as a small vision at a kitchen table because of a lack of job opportunities for people with neurodevelopmental disabilities has now grown into a thriving program in nine states.

With funding from The Home Depot cofounder Ken Langone, [Ken’s Krew](https://corporate.homedepot.com/news/diversity-equity-inclusion/kens-krew-championing-ability-and-enabling-success) has provided competitive in-store employment opportunities for more than 900 young adults.
