The deadline to [register online](http://diversityexecutivecertification.org/application/) is Friday, March 25. The program is an executive education experience for people at the vice president level or higher who wish to excel in inclusion, strategy, communication, and influence. NDC is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDC) for SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP® recertification activities for this program. “We are excited to offer this new program for executives committed to transformational change and inclusive leadership,” said Angeles Valenciano, chief executive officer at the NDC. “We are proud to support our partners and organizational leaders with top-notch executive education.” Leon Fraser, vice president of consulting and executive education at the NDC, said the program is unique in utilizing top-subject matter experts and providing valuable DEI best practices to enhance inclusive leadership. “A key benefit of the program is that each participant will craft an individual personalized Inclusive Leadership Action Plan with the assistance of highly experienced certified executive coaches,” Fraser added. “This plan makes the curriculum memorable and actionable.” The program has a faculty of recognized subject-matter experts with extensive practical experience and evidence-based research. Participants have the opportunity to explore a variety of topics including the power of influence, managing difficult conversations, and DEI best practices among others. In addition, the program provides a rare opportunity for interaction and networking with peer senior executives in different industries who are intentional about advancing DEI in their organizations.
