March 9, 2017 /3BL Media/ - Antea Group announced today that Matthew (Matt) Bell, Senior Consultant based in Valhalla, has been appointed to lead its [Transaction Support](http://us.anteagroup.com/en-us/services/transaction-support) Practice.

With more than 30 years of experience delivering EHS business solutions to a broad spectrum of domestic and multi-national companies, Matt specializes in large scale merger and acquisition (M&A) projects for strategic buyers, and the private equity community. This work includes extensive due diligence support and liability quantification aimed at protecting the client’s downside risk, assisting in identifying upside value, and helping to position uncertainties and risks on the sell side. Matt has worked for clients on over 100 M&A transactions and various other due diligence projects in over 35 countries across Europe, Scandinavia, Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas.

"I look forward to the opportunity to build and lead a world-class Transaction Support team," says Bell. "We already have great people processes and tools.
