For an hour on Saturday night, the company powered off its Twin Towers in Seoul, Times Square Billboard in New York City and the lights in LG-owned U.S. facilities, from Englewood Cliffs, N.J., to Lincolnshire, Ill., to San Diego, Calif. and beyond. LG's support of WWF’s Earth Hour is just one example of the company's commitment to helping the environment. As part of LG's broad efforts to reduce its carbon footprint and save money, LG has made changes in its U.S. operations – from using recycled office supplies, to installing LED lighting, to reminding colleagues to Do One Thing ENERGY STAR® and “Turn it Off” when it comes to office lights and equipment.
