AEG’s LA Kings will team up with Blue Shield of California to host four Food Drives during the club’s home games at STAPLES Center leading up to the Thanksgiving holiday. 

 

AEG’s LA Kings will team up with Blue Shield of California to host four Food Drives during the club’s home games at STAPLES Center leading up to the Thanksgiving holiday. The LA Kings Food Drives presented by Blue Shield of California will benefit Friends & Helpers which provides support and education for domestic abuse victims.

Fans and community members are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items including pasta, peanut butter, granola bars, soups, tuna, rice, beans [and more](https://www.nhl.com/kings/news/la-kings-to-host-annual-food-drives-at-staples-center/c-311301182), to the entrances of STAPLES Center prior to the start of the games on November 21, 23, 25 and 27.

During each game, beginning tonight, one donor will be randomly selected to receive a Kings Fan Pack, plus two tickets to a future home game. Each donated item will equal one entry into the contest. All donors will be automatically entered in a grand prize drawing for a pair of tickets to KROQ’s Almost Acoustic Christmas.
