Through our Healthy Lives Mission, we’re putting the power of everyday care into action by helping improve the health of people and our planet while building a more resilient future. This work begins at home with our decarbonization strategy — and our Climate Transition Plan, which outlines how we aim to reduce greenhouse gas emissions across our operations and value chain in the near term while supporting our long-term decarbonization strategy. ## Turning ambition into action Our climate strategy is guided by several key goals: - Reduce Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions by 42% by 2030. - Use 100% renewable sources of electricity across our operations by 2030. - Have 75% of key suppliers set science-based climate targets by 2028. - Support our long-term net zero ambition by 2050. These goals1 help guide decisions across our facilities, supply chain, and product portfolio. ## Expanding renewable energy Renewable electricity is one of the biggest opportunities to reduce emissions from our operations. Since 2020, Kenvue has significantly increased renewable energy use through onsite solar installations and renewable electricity agreements around the world. By the end of 20251: - 76.2% of our electricity came from renewable sources, up from 29.3% in 2020. - 21 onsite solar systems across 14 countries. - 13 contracts supporting offsite renewable electricity procurement. ## Driving impact across our value chain Through our Supplier Climate Action Program, we are working with suppliers to strengthen their climate capabilities and advance science-based targets. In 2025, we identified approximately 300 suppliers representing the majority of emissions associated with purchased goods and transportation activities as priority partners in this effort. We are also exploring opportunities to reduce emissions through more sustainable ingredients, packaging improvements, transportation innovation, and product design. ## Looking ahead Reducing emissions is an ongoing journey. By increasing our use of renewable sources for our electricity use, engaging suppliers, and embedding climate considerations into decision-making, Kenvue is taking meaningful steps toward a healthier future for people and the planet. Key definitions: - **Scope 1 emissions:** Direct emissions from company-owned or controlled operations - **Scope 2 emissions:** Indirect emissions from purchased electricity, steam, heating, or cooling - **Value chain emissions:** Emissions linked to suppliers, transportation, packaging, and other activities beyond direct operations - **Science-based targets:** Emissions reduction targets aligned with climate science --- 1 These statements should not be read in isolation.
