This milestone is especially exciting as we’ve risen from 77th in 2018 to the 21st most JUST company in the United States this year. This achievement is the result of consistent leadership and dedication to all of our stakeholders: our employees, customers, communities, the environment, and our shareholders. The JUST Capital Rankings evaluates the 1,000 largest publicly traded U.S. companies on a range of factors, determined through a comprehensive survey on public attitudes toward corporate behavior. In 2019, JUST Capital surveyed 9,000 American respondents on issues like fair pay, ethical leadership, good benefits and work-life balance, customer treatment and privacy, community support, environmental impact, and delivering shareholder return.
