We are proud to announce that Illumina has been included on the [Forbes World’s Best Employer List](http://www.forbes.com/lists/worlds-best-employers/#6c4be6c81e0c) for the first time. The list highlights the top 750 companies from around the globe, and Illumina was ranked 457. Within our industry, we are in the top 20 globally, and only 236 U.S.-based businesses made the list.

Companies are rated on aspects such as image, economic footprint, talent development, gender equality and social responsibility.
