IBM has just named winners of its new IBM Health Corps grants, which will provide $2.5 million in consulting services by [IBM](http://www.forbes.com/companies/ibm) [IBM +0.01%](http://www.forbes.com/companies/ibm) staff to five lucky recipients globally, selected from over 100 applicants. Their focus of each is on reducing disparities.
