A new Consumer Reports study highlights the staggering amount of food wasted in America, with 40 percent of the food produced in the U.S. ending up in the trash. Carter Evans takes a look at an all-you-can-eat buffet at a Las Vegas casino where they've come up with creative solutions to trim the fat -- and recycle it, too.
