Being with loved ones is the cornerstone of any holiday celebration, so Thursday and Friday of this week our 3BL Media family is taking a break, taking some time away from our daily work to reflect and refresh. Some of us will enjoy a Thanksgiving meal, some will do volunteer work, and some will just take the time to relax or give thanks in other ways.

An important part of a company’s culture and health is the culture and health of the people who work there. This cannot be measured in the same way we measure monthly metrics, online traffic, or content clicks and views. This can be measured by the way a team pulls together to collaborate with and care for one another.
