At Bloomberg, internships are often thought of as a long term interview which can lead to a full time position at the company. The Gateway recently highlghted the career path of a Research and Develpment intern and the support she recieved from her managers while making the transation from intern to full time employee. She discusses how at Bloomberg she is asked to look both short term and long term at her career goals and how Bloomberg helps her achieve those goals.
