Gustafson Jr. to represent Texas on the organization’s Waste & Recycling Advisory Board. It took the action at its annual meeting in San Antonio on Sept. 17. ***A photo of John C. He has responsibility for the company’s operations in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Arkansas and the 2,200 employees affiliated with regional operations.
