"I gave a party with drinks inspired by Numi's expertly crafted teas. Their unique blends' pure flavors suggested pairings with fresh fruit, juices, spirits, and champagne. Remove tea bag and chill liquid for later use. Combine and stir ingredients. Serve on the rocks, and garnish with an orange peel twist. Berry Tea Royale "I felt like celebrating after having this fruity, bubbly concoction. Creme de Cassis 3 oz. Champagne Steep tea at 4x normal strength for 2 minutes. Remove tea bag and chill liquid for later use. Pour chilled tea and Cassis into glass and stir. Tilt glass and slowly fill with Champagne. Serve without garnish. Brandy 3 oz. Milk 1 tsp. Remove tea bag, stir in sugar, and chill liquid for later use. Pour liquid ingredients, plus one egg yolk per serving, into shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into glass.
