When things heat up, refreshing, ice-cold beverages are in order. The great news is that aluminum beer, soda, and sparkling water cans are [easily recycled](https://youtu.be/QSgcfqgxuiw), so you can get your hands on more of your favorite beverages in a sustainable fashion. And, now there are even [aluminum cups](https://www.ball.com/aluminumcups) that you can use as a sustainable alternative to the single-use plastic versions. Before you drop them in the recycling container, however, take a moment to remove any paper or plastic labeling, and clean the contents of any food waste. - Make sure every piece of metal is larger than a credit card before placing it in your bin.
